Coach|Career Strategist| Facilitator

Hi, I’m Karina. It’s lovely to meet you!

I’m a leadership coach, career strategist and facilitator, based in Canberra.

The world of work is changing so rapidly, all the time. How can organisations ensure their emerging leaders are up to the challenge? How can we all be strategic in the way we manage our careers?

These are some of the issues I'm really passionate about in helping people create successful and fulfilling careers. When our working lives are meaningful, it goes a long way to helping us live happy and balanced lives and leads to success for our organisations.

I enjoy coaching and mentoring people on all things career and leadership - with the ultimate goal of helping people to - simply - love their work.

So now you know a bit about me, I’d like to find out all about you. Shall we chat?

Karina

On a More Personal Note ... My Own Story

IMG_2298.jpg

In my own career, I spent years in government before deciding it was time to work out what I wanted to “be when I grew up”. I knew I had to do something different. I used to think that going to work, doing a good job, getting my paycheck and coming home would be enough for me. Turns out, it wasn’t. I needed to be contributing to people in a much more meaningful way.

When I discovered coaching, I knew I’d found my vocation. I’d found a way to make a huge difference to people’s life, their organisations and their success. So I studied, and practiced, and studied some more – all while managing a team in my government job, and raising a family at the same time.

And all that hard work has paid me back in spades. Every day, I get to work with such great people, helping them to navigate the world of work and create their own most successful and meaningful careers.
